for Permanent Employment – 14 Days' Notice

How Try & Hire Works

A typical Try & Hire period lasts 3-6 months, after which your company can hire the consultant permanently at no extra cost.

If the consultant, against expectations, turns out not to be the right fit during the Try & Hire period, we will, of course, find a qualified replacement.

We take care of all administrative tasks related to the Try & Hire process, ensuring it’s simple and convenient for your business.

We always begin with a kick-off meeting to gain insight into your organization and work culture, as well as to define the assignment and outline the job requirements.

As our client, you’ll be assigned a dedicated recruitment specialist from FlexPeople for each position, with weekly status updates every Friday.

KNOW YOUR CANDIDATE

Get to know a potential employee before making a permanent hire with TRY & HIRE – take the time to ensure the chemistry fits both professionally and personally.

OPTIMIZATION

Avoid costly mis-hires. If the consultant fails to meet expectations or chooses to depart, we'll secure a replacement at no extra cost.
