At FlexPeople we have been working on recruiting and selling consultants for the past 15 years. Within the IT consulting genre, we have delivered everything from freelance consultants to turnkey IT projects to private and public clients of all sizes across the country.

The Climate Positive Workforce Initiative

Employee carbon footprints offset

Every one of our staff members is climate positive. This means we offset our entire carbon footprint, including emissions from our home, personal travel, holidays, food, hobbies and more.

All business travel offset

Some business trips are unavoidable. That's why we also include all business travel offsets in our initiative.

Plant trees & fund climate projects

We're helping to fund the worlds best climate crisis solutions. Every month we plant groves of trees in our company forest, and help to finance carbon reduction projects from around the world.

In our efforts to make our small yet important contribution to the reduction of CO2, we have entered into a partnership with Ecologi.
